Dear Friends,
We have entered the second month of this new year and have already hosted our first holiday in February! Time does pass quickly and here is another newsletter to keep you informed with our SONAS latest news.
The Pitlochry Holiday went very well, and all the evaluations were very positive. Robert Macnaughton, one of the holidaymakers sent in the following report:
“We had an excellent 4 days at the beautifully situated Atholl Palace Hotel in Pitlochry. With a dedicated dining space of 3 tables for the 18 guests, we were able to enjoy a changing variety of table companions for both breakfast and dinner each day. The warm and cosy lounge areas of the hotel were also a great place to share the experiences of our fellow guests at lovely wood fires. The morning and evening devotional times in the dedicated Corrie Room gave further opportunities to broaden our fellowship. There were outings to the local Mount Zion Church for a prayer meeting, coffee and soup lunch, to the town centre for shopping and tea, and to the House of Bruar. Our Sonas hosts Nick and Hilary Sorrie made our days together a great success”.
The next holiday on 25 March – 1 April to Malta for 15 persons has 3 people on the waiting list.
There are 2 single places available still for Bergen and 2 twin rooms for Lake Garda.
Oban is almost full. There are 17 persons booked for Tweed Valley.
