Another month gone and we continue to move forward in our mission to see our new charity, Sonas Christian Holidays established.

We are delighted to say that we have been granted charitable status from OSCR (Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator) and have now been successful in opening our bank account for the charity, so things are moving ahead at a positive pace. The web site is now public and functional and various people have contacted us registering their interest in our plans.

As we have previously mentioned, we are busy researching various locations and venues which is a very time-consuming task and especially being able to source a room for our morning and evening devotions. So many of the hotels want to treat us a ‘corporate customer’ hiring a room for an all-day training. We must explain what our group needs, so this is a real challenge finding the right places, but already we have some promising possibilities. As we source the hotels and locations, we will post them up on the web site and then will take bookings. They may not all be uploaded to the web site all at once.
