I have thoroughly enjoyed a few Christian holidays at home and abroad over the recent years since being widowed. It was a great sadness to me, when I learned that the Agape Club was closing its operations.

It is such a valuable service to provide a holiday for people who also wish to share Christian fellowship and make new meaningful friendships. A huge thanks must go to all those who have served over the years.

As a result, I have had conversations with the current board of Agape Trustees and some of the long-standing members. This has now resulted in facilitating a Board of Trustees, setting up a new holiday club called SONAS Christian Holidays – ‘sonas’ being the Gaelic word for happiness.

We have developed a website and plan to facilitate a few holidays for 2025.
